Double event with Stefan Schultze's Large Ensemble - The Morton Subotnick? Yes, that's right, you didn't misread!

We are actually talking about Morton Subotnick, who co-developed one of the first analog synthesizers in the 1960s, was the chief conductor of the Vivian Beaumant Theatre at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts in New York, and was responsible for the works "legged stool" and "Parades and Changes".

The winner of the SEAMUS Lifetime Achievement Award will personally be present in Leipzig on the occasion of the Jazztage and give a short lecture. Projections and digital music content will be used.
