LET'S TALK ABOUT JAZZ ... and dream realities.
It's warm and the first bead of sweat is slowly trickling down your forehead from your hairline. Better to let a little air in. Pull up the zipper, fold the fabric over, lie down again. The first ray of sunshine of the day makes its way through the open tent entrance while the gentle sound of a trumpet fills the room. Wait a minute, am I dreaming or is this reality?
Normally, I would plead that this paraphrase probably corresponds more to the images of a dream. However, these could actually become reality very soon. For all of you. From July 13-14, our little festival, the MUSIKZEIT will take place. This year in the garden of Villa Hasenholz. And the best: You can even camp there. The festival season is here and with it the pulsating energy of jazz and a lot of different events. And so welcome to the summer double edition of our jazz calendar, which is fully dedicated to the warm season.
Let yourself be enchanted by our jazz club events: On July 1 we honor the legend Thad Jones with a flashback concert of the HMT Big Band in the naTo and as mentioned at the beginning, two weeks later you can expect our MUSIKZEIT in the Villa Hasenholz.
If you are also willing to experience music beyond our city limits, you have a wide range of options here as well - we warmly recommend the Saalfelden Jazz Festival, the South Tyrol Jazz Festival and Gregory Porter on the Seebühne in Weimar.
