This year's Kunstfest is dedicated to the 200th birthday of the important European musician Franz Liszt. The motto Vision ties in with Liszt's ideas for a "New Weimar," for new music and an "Olympics of the Arts" in the sleepy little classical town.
Seven European composers bow before the future musician Liszt with their Liszt visions. The visual arts are also embarking on visionary paths with the exhibition "Vision. Vision. Young choreographers and media artists transport visionary movements."
