This trio is pushing the boundaries of jazz - and has been doing so since 2010, because that's how long the band has actually been around. Since then, the three Berliners have been refining the combination of different sound worlds and traveling musically from jazz to classical modernism to post- and prog-rock, even playfully switching between acoustic and electronic sounds.
A Million O Clock sounds like longing, hope, intimacy, rawness and joy all at the same time. Inspired by South African jazz music, the musicians develop their own world of sound, consisting of interwoven melodies that reflect their harmony with each other.
The Rainald Brederling Quintett formed over cookies and coffee in Weimar in the summer of 2018 and has been searching for itself ever since. Or rather, for Rainald. Because he has disappeared - and has been for some time.
DUE TO ORGANIZATIONAL REASONS THIS CONCERT UNFORTUNATELY HAS TO BE POSTPONED AND WILL NOT TAKE PLACE ON 22.11. We will inform you as soon as we have found a new date.
