Yesterday's decision by the Leipzig City Council marks an important milestone: The House of Festivals is becoming a reality!

For the Leipzig “ Jazzclub ,” this marks the fulfillment of a long-held vision of having its own club and a permanent venue. We are very much looking forward to a place where concerts, gatherings, cultural exchange, and new ideas can take place year-round.

We are also looking forward to working closely with the other future participants at the Haus der Festivals. The physical proximity of festivals, cultural initiatives, and creative professionals offers great potential for networking, shared learning, and new collaborations.

After many years of planning, discussing, and hoping, we can finally say today: We’re absolutely thrilled. About our own club. About our partners here at the Haus der Festivals. And about the shared future of the Haus der Festivals in Leipzig. We’re looking ahead—with joy, motivation, and lots of ideas for what’s to come.
