SALOMEA "Bathing in Flowers" - Attention, postponed due to illness, new date is being sought

Salomea picks us up with her recently released second album "Bathing in Flowers" and takes us on a personal musical journey about challenges, fears towards growth and strength. Singer Rebekka Salomea allows very private, sometimes painful, sometimes hopeful insights into her life, gives music a deep meaning as a form of expression and actually gives us the feeling of immersing ourselves in the music - just like in a soothing flower bath that makes us forget reality for the moment. Creative and personal challenges, as well as a strong belief in love, respect and honesty, are contents that have accompanied Salomea since the band was founded in 2014 and which she processes in an exciting mixture of jazz, hip-hop, RnB and contemporary electronic music. The result is a contemporary genre melting pot that begs for open-minded ears. Rebekka Salomea and her band have already performed at several jazz festivals, such as Jazzablanca, Avignon Jazzfestival, Moers Festival and also Leipziger Jazztage 2018, and we are especially happy to welcome them back to Leipzig.
