Since Werner Neumann has devoted himself to the guitar, he has practiced the balancing act between jazz and rock, which can also be seen in the long list of his fellow musicians. Here you find piano legend Richie Beirach next to Mothers of Invention singer Napoleon Murphy Brock or jazz drummer Adam Nussbaum next to German rocker Wolf Maahn. Great masters of the guitar like Wes Montgomery, John Abercrombie or John McLaughlin loved their organ trios and set standards for this formation. The band of the Leipzig guitarist combines this tradition with contemporary jazz rock, R&B and soul.
