On 6.6. Spielvereinigung Sued will give a concert with the Dresden composer and arranger Thomas Zoller at the naTo Leipzig and present the CD "Spielvereinigung Sued spielt Zollers Expeditions Orkest" live, which will be released by Mons-Records.
Guest musician for the tour will be Frank Möbus, one of the most outstanding and innovative guitarists of today.
The program creates a completely independent, fresh sound world for big band, with grooves from drum'n'bass, free funk and concertante to meditative elements from new music, jazz and East Asian aesthetics. The sound experience is complemented by Burma gongs and slate set, which Zoller plays himself.
