gefüge f44.81 is an exchange project of German - Johannes Moritz / Sebastian Wehle (sax), Noah Punkt (b), Clemens Litschko (dr) - and Swiss - Niculin Janett / Tobias Meier (sax), Moritz Meyer (b), Ramon Oliveras (dr) - musicians from Leipzig and Zurich. Their music revolves around blur principle, superimposition, displacement. Using tools from new music, jazz and popular music, their own music is made audible with reference to Ornette Coleman's pioneering double quartet, John Zorn's "game pieces" and Oliver Lake.
