Chamber flicker collector
The Kammerflimmer Kollektief makes music that should not be written down, because otherwise the paper will burn. The project, which meanders between precision and freedom, was founded in 1996 by Thomas Weber, has so far released eight albums in a wide variety of lineups and plays concerts criss-crossing the maps as a trio together with Heike Aumüller and Johannes Frisch.
Kammerflimmer Kollektief is soulful and pathetic, but at the same time as clear as those moods that Robert Musil, completely unsuspected of Romanticism, called "daylight mysticism."
