"Young Nordic Jazz Comet", winner of the Swedish radio award "The Jazz Cat Newcomer of the year": singer Isabel Sörling Farvel comes to Leipzig with some advance laurels. And with a new album. As usual, it is released on the label of the Norwegian pianist Bugge Wesseltoft, not the worst reference.
Sometimes very quiet and devout, sometimes outbreaking and wild - this quintet sets the cold, but the coolness of Nordic latitudes to music at the end of January in Leipzig.
