Inhale... exhale... hardly anything is more everyday for us and at the same time of such great importance as breathing: it supplies our organisms with oxygen, it keeps us alive. So it is not surprising that in yoga special attention is paid to breathing - it is the key to relaxing the body, letting go of all racing thoughts.

And even those who play a wind instrument naturally know about the importance of conscious breathing - after all, it is the basis for all the tones that eventually turn into melodious tunes and percussive sounds. So what would fit better with this year's MUSIKZEIT entitled "Trumpet" than a yoga class with a special focus on the chest, shoulders and breathing?

Johanna Quade is a trained yoga teacher and inspires experienced and newcomers alike with her undogmatic style. She will guide you through a yoga class on the green meadow in the idyllic garden of Villa Hasenholz. Participants of all ages, musicians and music lovers, yoga experts and the curious are invited.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing a mat/blanket/towel. Participation is included in the day ticket.
