Whoever is able to scratch the earth's crust with his music has not necessarily gotten involved in breakneck space capsule escapades, but perhaps simply changed his perspective. Pianist Johann Fritsche, perhaps already known to some from "Welcome Inside The Brain" (they have a new album, by the way!), plays his HMT final concert with energy, creativity and playfulness and provides new perspectives. He always explores unexpected spaces with his quartet. Surreal aural views weave themselves into sonorous spheres, through which, like a red thread, a clear melody runs. Captivating and unleashing at the same time, it weaves a fine-meshed net around the listener. Together with the band, one merges, seeking space in the intoxication of Fritsche's compositions.
