Bernstein is a gem, at least Leonard Bernstein! Songs from his musicals "On the Town" and "West Side Story" are at the center of the new Flexkögel program, just before they go into the studio with it to record their third album.

Flexkögel is jazz in song format with German and English lyrics. Their expeditions into wide sound worlds are accompanied by clearly structured soundscapes, graceful-dreamy melodies and reduced beats with rhythmically energetic outbursts.
