A Swiss, a German and an Austrian jazz school are sending a joint big band on a three-country tour. The cooperation between the Institute for Jazz and Folk Music at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and the Institute for Jazz and Improvised Music at the Bruckner University Linz, which has already been successful under the name LILU Band over the past two years, is now being expanded to include the Institute for New Music and Jazz Weimar. The band interprets new pieces by the contributors and many a polymetric grooving sound tapestry by Christoph Cech.
