Aaron Goldberg
The Israeli pianist from New York plays with bassist Reuben Rogers and drummer Leon Parker on Nov. 5 at 8:30 p.m. at the Telegraph.
Jazzkalender #257 states:
The U.S. piano trio returns to the jazz club stage after a completely sold-out and frenetically acclaimed concert in December 2014. Then as now on bass: the Wynton Marsalis-proven Reuben Rogers. Instead of Eric Harland, however, this time Leon Parker will be on drums, known for his spectacular playing on an extremely reduced set (sometimes only cymbals!). Born in Boston in 1974, Aaron Goldberg has been playing on and off for years with saxophonists Mark Turner and Joshua Redman. With the latter, he was a guest at the Leipzig Jazz Days at the Opera House in 2013.
