Double concert with Askari and Sabbagh - Two of the most experienced musicians in improvised music - who, by the way, can be called legends without a trace of exaggeration - meet a young accordionist from Norway. The result: Free Jazz at it's finest!

Since the late sixties, drummer Paul Lytton has been one of the most important players in the UK's creative music scene. As a pioneer of electronic sound processing, his influence and inventiveness still affect a young generation of improvisers today. Philipp Wachsmann is also a true veteran of free jazz. He was also one of the first to expand his improvisations with the use of electronics in the early seventies. He is joined by Kalle Moberg, just 27 years old, who is best known for his groundbreaking work with extended instrumental technique on the accordion. Together, The Punk And The Gaffers are fresh, exciting and captivating - a recommendation not only for those who love free jazz!
