Dark songwriting in avant-garde garb - Act 2 of 2

Johanna Borchert presents with her new album "FM Biography" a song record located between pop and avant-garde, full of poetry and great suggestive power. It is as much pop as it is not pop. Just as jazz as it is not. Even rock suggestions are by no means alien to Johanna Borchert, and hard electronic sound edges certainly not.
Atmospherically Johanna Borchert's pieces are highly condensed and yet full of expanse, in which it shimmers like in the hottest midday sun. The glowing heat causes the harmonies and beats to slowly melt away. Above it all, Johanna Borchert's singing hovers freely in the space, haunting as a medium of pure emotion.
Dresden filmmaker and media artist Benjamin Schindler will join the band for the audiovisual concert, supporting them with video installations and live visuals.
