Jazz for kids
"Puschelgeschichten" for everyone from 2 to 6 - and their moms and dads, grannies and grandpas.
"What is it that's fuzzy? ... It's round as a ball and wonderfully colorful, it can hop, skip and spin," begins the "Puschellied" by Jan Deicke and Matthias Hirth, who prefer to be called Puschelpapa and Tastenmann. The two tell and sing little stories with lots of music for children from 2 to 6 years. The focus is always on Puschel, a Huschelwuschel cuddly toy that experiences many funny adventures. And what is the best thing about Puschel's adventures? That he doesn't experience them alone, but with all the children in the audience! Everyone sings and dances together, sometimes well-known children's songs and sometimes completely new ones. It's all very different. But it's always great fun.
And because autumn is already on the ladder outside and painting the leaves off the trees, Puschel wants to celebrate a colorful autumn festival with his little and big guests on October 15. With kite flying and chestnut gathering, hopping through colorful piles of leaves and apples that are as beautiful and as "red as twelve fire engines put together." And, of course, singing songs about it all! Such as "On the wall, on the lookout" and "Lantern, lantern" for example. Puschel even knows a song about an earthworm from Sweden who is afraid of anglers and chickens, so he digs himself deep underground. That fits in with autumn, so maybe he'll sing it.
By the way, the autumn festival with Puschel will be celebrated in a very special place: in the St. Georg Hospital. And why? Because we want to help the children who are not doing so well at the moment and experience a nice afternoon together with them. Because, as we all know, laughter is the best medicine! And when everyone sings at the end: "Puschel, Puschel, Puschel makes life cuddly. Puschel, Puschel, Puschel makes me happy!", then they will feel a little better right away.
