Born in Japan and living in Berlin since the mid-80s, pianist Aki Takase is one of the most outstanding and influential figures in contemporary jazz! Together with her younger generation German-Norwegian quartet, Takase brings catchy hooks and freefall improvisations to the stage - this jazz brew has an intoxicating effect!
