MusikZeit: Of Induction Wheels, Preacher Cords and Rock'n'Roll - A Family Concert with and about the Hammond Organ
"All stops - the organ in jazz".
A family concert with and about the Hammond organ, for all those who are not yet allowed to stay up into the wee hours or prefer to listen to concerts at "tea time" anyway! The organ trio of the Leipzig guitarist Werner Neumann will play two concerts on November 29. In the afternoon, especially the young visitors* can learn more about one of the main protagonists of this year's MusikZeit . The Hammond organ can do a lot of things: smack, whistle, puff, beep, drone low and flute high. The musical journey with the Werner Neumann Electric Trio will lead through all these expressive and sound possibilities of the Hammond organ in gospel, rock, jazz and soul.
Werner Neumann (g), Steffen Greisiger (org), Tom Friedrich (dr)
