Double concert with Camila Nebbia's The Hanged One.
Sofia Jernberg and Mette Rasmussen have been performing as a duo since 2017. Swedish singer Jernberg explores the instrumental possibilities of her voice, which she alienates through the use of effects. Rasmussen, who is based in Trondheim, Denmark, draws on a spectrum of influences ranging from fully composed sound work to free jazz through her saxophone playing. Together they blur the boundaries between voice and saxophone.

Sofia Jernberg has made a name for herself in the experimental music scene. Her voice is her instrument - and what an instrument it is! She expands the possibilities of the vocal far beyond traditional boundaries. At her side is saxophonist Mette Rasmussen, who, like her duo partner, is not afraid to leave musical conventions behind. It is a dialog of extremes and contrasts that symbiotically intertwine and become a whole that seems inseparable. The resulting music is unbridled, raw and full of precision. It challenges the audience and at the same time encourages them to transcend the boundaries of the familiar and surrender to the unknown.

Afterwards: Camila Nebbia's The Hanged One
