Already more than 4,000 festival visitors...

And so that there will be many more, there are now again tickets for the concert of the Kühns.
What a great concert evening on Saturday, September 13, the day of Jazzclub Leipzig's 41st birthday: Simin Tander first enchanted the audience before John Scofield's Überjam Deux "rocked the joint," as Steffen georgi aptly described it in the Leipziger Volkszeitung. the quartet was on stage for two hours, visibly taken with the opera hall and its acoustics, with the audience and the festival atmosphere - and with the Jazztage t-shirt: "This is the best festival shirt I've ever seen!" (John Scofield) Exclamation point!
Already in the morning, the opera hall was full to capacity - at the "Jazz for Children" event, the little guests even crowded the stage. The evening ended in the best manner at the naTo: Maciej Fortuna's trio provided an absolute highlight of the Jazztage. Here too: happy faces in the audience, happy musicians who stayed together with guests and the Jazztage team until late (or early).
This was also true for the concert on Sunday. With Nils Wogram's Vertigo Trombone Quartet, the Jazztage made its first guest appearance in the Philippuskirche in the west of Leipzig - a full house, enthusiastic people, great music here, too.
And now, in ten minutes, Artem Sargsyan for the Stage Night Special at Horns Erben - it's a feast!
