"Performative free jazz regardless of losses". Second concert at 23:59.

What can you say. After all, everything is preserved and labeled.

Soft plastic (2021)

"I could put a plate full of shit here and shake your hand at the same time," it says stuttering, close to madness in "K*nst," the opening track of the album "Rattenplage wegen Megahitze," released in 2021, in which immediately after this post-expressionist stammering and stomping the non-music is called. "K*nst" thus somehow becomes the great question of the right tone, which is sought in order to cross it out boldly once found. As a locked abyss, which is just as little interested as corrosive entertainment(s) or the anyway overrated eardrums. Is anyway everything broken and the rats everywhere. It's because of the mega-heat. And it's there and real and all. Soft plastic is the appropriate attitude, the appropriate mode of existence beside and in all this. Performing and being performed; a pile of asphalt and dirt and mendacity, which break their way there. The only question that remains is whether one can do justice to what happens with and in soft plastic with such drivel. But the rats, the plate of shit, the mega-heat are so tempting - an invitation to one's own spitting and kicking. And that can actually remain so. But it is also certain that one should not reduce the Leipzig trio around Monski aka Simon Schorndanner to their songwriting and speaking/vocal interludes. They do not hang isolated in the room, but are a call and response. And this scatological dialogue is grandiose anarchic free jazz (period!) "without regard for losses", as it says on Lakeland Records. Nothing more really needs to be said. Go there, shout at each other and have a good time.
