"...that music resounds loudly over supposed borders and cultural fixations and contributes to the fact that different spaces and biographies, which seem to be separated from each other, grow together", is proven here! This is underlined not only by a versatile program, because that one reads quasi with everything which is not the ZDF television garden, but is also put on in the organization and participation. Free entrance for the program in the outdoor area, discussions about the success of such mergers, learning and getting to know songs together (without notes only by ear), and of course lots of top-class musicians:inside from Germany and abroad. In July, ROOTS AND SPROUTS will take place for the 5th time in and around the KULTURNHALLE in Probstheida. Organized by the Zentrum für Europäische und Orientalische Kultur e. V. (Center for European and Oriental Culture), the event attracts a relaxed atmosphere that makes encounters of diverse genres and cultures as well as the possibility of participation possible, even for the small purse.
