Blind Date On Stage
Not only as a meritorious Stage Night initiator in Leipzig and far beyond, the sometimes fierce in the strings grasping Werner is certainly not a new_man. He understands it in a rocky gesture with a bluesy feeling to lead fellow musicians into improvisational freedom and at the same time to set his own accents. Rudi doesn't have to hide behind his rather big pluckable string either, when he conjures up not only angel-like tones. He can already show some merits at the side of greats like Ernie Watts, Bob Mintzer, Charlie Mariano, Karl Berger, Leszek Zadlo and Sheila Jordan. And Eric has already made a lot of money since he started to stir up the German jazz scene together with Michael Wollny and Eva Kruse as Trio [em]. A number of successful recordings prove this with striking evidence. On his album "Kyoto mon Amour", the ambitious composer and Zen practitioner recently moved by 'roadless path' from Europe to the Far East. Hailing from three consecutive decades, these masterful jazzers have actually never been on stage together before this exciting summit of the unpredictable. So...on to Gohlis!
